To be an engineer in Japan
Do you have any anxiety to be engineer in Japan ?
I have worked with a lot of asian SW engineer like as India, Malaysia, Vietnam and so on.
And I saw many engineer who come from these country, they have some trouble to be used to Japan life.
There are some important factor to be success and enjoy engineer life in Japan.
I would like to share some tips about what you need to study and what kind of preparation is necessary before you come to Japan.
What is the most important thing to be engineer
Don't be a student in the company.
Your Japanese colleagues expect for you to contribute their project.
Honestly, some Japanese engineer can't speak english so well.
If you just ask what you want to know in English, most Japanese will not teach anything to you.
